Item arrived in a damaged box. When I opened it up, I realized the item had been used… oil was left in the engine, gas tank had gasoline residue and it was scratched all over. It had been previously used… I sent an email to Senix to start a return since I did NOT purchase a used item and never got a response from them… terrible costumer service… The tool works ok for its price, it does what it was expected to do. Probably a good idea would be to buy it via amazon just in case you need to do a return they do not ghost you
