Love the product but had real issues with my order, pre-ordered this before the new album dropped and after alot of faffing it ended up arriving 2 months after the drop of the album, after trying to get help I was met with useless online bots both chat bots on the website and bots replying to emails, it took a fair few attempts until I was actually noticed by an employee, love the product but I can't see myself buying from here again.
