PERFECT backpack! I had the same version from 3 years ago for my older daughter and this version is even better! I love that they added water bottle holders to the sides. Exactly as described and look forward to many years using it!

The monogram is wrong - it specifies that last name in middle (and all the samples show that) and yet it arrived with the last name in the middle but the same size as the first and middle. My daughter is candidly embarrassed because it seems like she has no idea what is appropriate and has terrible etiquette. You need to match your photos, change your website request or somehow make this clear. We won’t continue to use this and will end up just throwing it in the trash. Expensive mistake.
