28 Day Reboot helps me get my body prepped for the training I need to do for my western hunt. It works and it helps.

Just started the 28 day reboot started walking every morning for about a mile or so feeling good lost about 7 lbs I have a shake for lunch with fruit or nuts and later in the day I have hydrate and recover and nd energy and focus getting ready for my Elk hunt this fall in Colorado all the best to everyone
