This BBQ eel is absolutely incredible! I’ve been searching for a reliable eel vendor for a while, and this one delivers. The flavor is out of this world—rich and delicious. I wasn’t aware you needed to clean the eel from the bones, which led to a couple of close calls, but the taste made it all worthwhile. Still amazing and worth every star! Will definitely buy again.
