I finally found the courage to invest in boots I’d long admired, even though the expense was hard to reconcile. From the very first try, they were exactly as beautiful as I’d hoped: outstanding craftsmanship, rich color, and incredible leather. They needed no break‑in and fit like a glove—supple around the ankles with a solid, structured build. Sizing note: You’ll likely need to size down a full size. Toscana was wonderful to work with. Communication was easy with Cindy and, if memory serves, her father Francisco. They even sent a smaller size to try. That pair wasn’t available in the color I fell in love with, so I returned the first pair and we’re still finalizing the order. Since I got a great deal on my first pair, I’m hopeful—given the inconveniences—to secure the right color at the same price. I understand that might not be possible, but I remain hopeful. Overall, stunning boots and exceptional customer service.

Super comfortable right out of the box. There was no break in needed. Leather is really soft and I will be purchasing more shoes from Toscana.
