Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer (Refurbished)

First time i received it the power would go out after 10 seconds on the highest heat everytime so I exchanged it for a different one and they sent me the wrong color.. however the power was a long stronger and so far have had no issues. Customer service has been good. I have the original dyson also and the wall outlet charging plug from here looks different- its a lot smaller. It did come with several minor scratches but not super unbearable. I also got this on sale during black friday so probably would not purchase it for more than $200

Not refurbished.

The item works but the description explicity says refurbished. it was in fact not refurbished at all. It was just used and in overall "good" quality, not what one would expect of refurbished. I've included the definition of refurbished here for your information: past tense: refurbished; past participle: refurbished made to look new again by work such as painting, repairing, and cleaning: it literally wasn't even cleaned before shipped to me. Similar to other reviews, when purchasing a refurbished product, one expects repaired in some fashion with little cosmetic damage and distinctly not the case here. Title should just read used and price should reflect this, not mislead customers.
