The employee that I spoke to named Ross at CME was the nicest and provided the best customer service when I had questions about the gift card.

Great customer service

I made a mistake when purchasing my gift card and emailed customer service but did not hear from them. When I wrote my review about my disappointment I was contacted immediately. My email apparently went to the wrong department. They went above and beyond to help resolve my problem and in addition sent my son a t-shirt, decals and a guitar pic which is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
