Great Quality Gown

This gown is such a great quality. I’ve been eyeing Goumi products since my first baby. The material is top notch and the quality is also amazing. I am also loving the design, it is very gender neutral and I can use this if I have more babies!

Form and Function!

As a FTM, baby gowns were not on my radar until I was gifted some at my baby shower. After baby arrived, we quickly realized we preferred the ease of gowns over sleepers, but we had two major complaints and this product has solved both of them. 1. Pulling a gown over a little baby’s head. All the gowns we received have a standard lap shoulder pullover design. Not only would baby freak out when we pulled the small opening over his head, but we didn’t particularly like having to tug something over his wobbly head. This gown unsnaps so wide in the front that we can pull it from the bottom up! Love it. 2. Ice cold little feet. The elastic bottom gowns always wriggle up and expose his feet. Somehow, a foot always ends up poking out the bottom of a tie bottom gown. With this one, you just fold the flap and snap. Voila! This gown has also solved sleep sack transfers! Our baby usually falls asleep for his big night stretch while eating and all that calm goes out the window when we put him in his sleep sack. We could probably just feed him in the sack to begin with, but the best laid plans and all that jazz. This gown is a sleep sack, so no worries there. The only dislike I have (and it’s just for one of the colorways we got) is that the celestial design is only on the front. I wish it was on both sides. Not enough of an issue for me to knock off a star. FWIW our baby is 11 weeks and 11. 5lbs. We got size 3-6 months so he can grow into it. It’s TTS, so roomy for now, but this way he can use it longer.

Bought for 5th grandbaby due this spring. Goumi was loved by my grands so I’m sure this one will be pleased as well
