Excellent Quality
The fabric used is better than I expected. Fit was 90% accurate with only minor tailor adjustments needed. Reimbursement for the tailoring fees were applied promptly. Customer Service is excellent. Response time was less than 24 hrs. Some responses were under a hour. Definitely will be buying another suit from Sartoro again.

Great fitting suit!
I ordered a suit as I had to be part of a wedding party on the groom side. This was the first time I was part of a wedding party and the first time I was buying a suit online, so needless to say I was very nervous. I hit an issue where the suit that was delivered did not fit me right, but the team at Sartoro remade it, and sent a better fitting version of the same suit the same week! And the new suit fit like a glove. I was very happy with the overall experience, the way the final product fit, and the quality of the support I received. As well, I thought the price was more than reasonable for what you receive. Thank you, Sartoro team!
