Jonah Unisex UGG Slippers

Giving it a 2 star for several reasons. UGG has horrible customer service. I purchased these a month prior to Christmas for gifts and after multiple attempts to get proper shipping info, ended up purchasing other gifts as these arrived too late. I reached out to the company multiple times and received very little help from customer service. They kept passing the blame to the mail carrier and the mail carrier kept passing the buck back to the vendor. They finally arrived and I had to go to the post office finally to pick them up, even though it wasn’t the carrier that I was provided with that was supposed to do the delivery.

Great quality and price was good
