Ghost Chili Peppers (Bhut Jolokia), Dried

The Scorpion peppers and Reapers are great, but I have to give the ghost peppers a 3/5 due to how small they are. They should be at least 1 inch in size for convenience, but instead, you get a mix of 0.25-1.5 inches (mostly small ones), and it's just a pain to destem them. It's still a good buy for hobbyists, but I'm having a hard time convincing myself to order more of the Ghost peppers.

Would love it if the ghost peppers were all decently sized, but you get a lot of 1/2 (sometimes smaller) inch peppers that are a pain to de-stem. Understandably, each harvest is different, but maybe the small peppers should be sold separately or something. Overall, I'm still happy with the quality.
