Amazing texture, skin feels extra clean and not feeling dry at all

Love this cleansing balm. When this balm touches water, it turns into milky texture. I use this as the first cleansing step followed by another cleansing foam product. Double cleansing. Skin feels extra clean and not feeling dry at all.
