I ordered a size too big for our girl Nahla. I contacted customer service as I was struggling to work out how to do a return as the order was still stating that it was out for delivery. Really prompt and friendly reply and a new one delivered within two days from ordering which fits perfect. One thing about Bully Billows is the quality of the items are always amazing and they last a life time or until your dog decides to bulk up or time down ❤️
