Wonderful Lapsang

I was list when Twinings changed their Lapsang Souchong to some unappealing blend called “Distinctively Smoky”. I was lucky to find Brew Tea Co and their Lapsang. This also prompted me to switch to brewed tea (as opposed to tea bags). So now I have a a small ritual of making my morning cup. I like the tea, I like the service, I like the rewards. It’s been almost 3 years I am buying from Brew Tea Co, hope this won’t change.

Smokey is the way to go

I confess to having a smokey side!! I love a good Islay smokey whiskey, and I think adding a good spoonful of Lapsang to my Assam tea every morning gives me that smokey hit first thing. I've even added some to my home made apple cider vinegar and it has given it a whole new angle. Love the big leaves and the recyclable/compostable packaging.

Lovely Lapsang

My daily morning tea! A lovely smoky lapsang which is nice and smooth. Two scoops in a single pot can easily make two rounds of tea!
