Perfect birthday gift

My daughter loves the smell of lavender so I bought her the spray for her pillows. She loved it!

Sleep Spray Not Recommended

I have not noticed any difference in using sleep spray at bed time or not. I will experiment with it more but so far it is not worth the money.

Love it, it works!

Use it every night for my son and myself. We both get a good nights sleep 😴
