Beautiful mug, and some of the best (human) customer service
This (lovely) mug was a replacement for one that broke in transit. I emailed the team, and got a response the same day, offering to ship a replacement. This was dispatched almost immediately. No arguing with AI chatbots, just a very helpful and friendly human
The mug is beautiful, the correct size for a proper cuppa, and fine for the dishwasher.

Perfect mug
The perfect mug to accompany my freshly brewed English breakfast tea made in my gorgeous pot for one. Love the vibrant yellow, a little bit of sunshine every time it’s used!
