I love my new Georgia Orb box- it was expertly packed and shipped quickly! I would absolutely do business here again.

Love the design and item is bigger than I thought. It makes for a great centerpiece and is pleasing to the eye ;) Shipped fast and very well packaged for protection. There was slight hiccup with delivery and customer service responded fast and was very helpful.

Disappointed with quality and customer service.

I purchased the Georgia Orb Box for myself from a different retailer earlier this year. Last month I purchased one from Paynes Gray as a gift for my sister. The lid does not fit on the new order from Paynes Gray. It teeters on the top of the orb, and the quality is not as nice as the one I previously purchased for myself (from a different retailer). I contacted customer service 10 days ago. I received one email stating they submitted a claim 10 days ago. And I have not heard from them since. I am disappointed with the quality and customer service I have received.
