I was asked to share my feedback after a problem email to them was ignored?

Really? I rec'd my bottle of Epsom Soothing Muscle Lotion with a leaking security seal. It was everywhere inside the shipping container, and I send a polite email asking what we can do about that and I did not get a response. But now I've been asked to give feedback. So, because my order of lotion was all over the inside of the shipping container, I can't really give feedback on how good it works. But don't ask me about shipping habits or vendor response to buyer concerns...
