The picture turned better than I expected. I'm sure my son will be thrilled with the gift. Also kudos to Crown and Paw for the speedy delivery. With a postal strike going on in Canada, I was not expecting the picture before Christmas. I would highly recommend Crown and Paw. The service has been exceptional. Anyone ordering should look carefully at the photo and your pet. If the pet has a large ruff of fur around his neck, some of the pictures would not suit
