A Burst of the Sea

This is a lovely finishing salt for the tops of home baked bread, focaccia and rolls, as a counter balance to sweet, roasted vegetables, a simple tomato salad with good olive oil, some greek oregano and red onions and any other items you want that surprise burst of flavor that this salt induces.
