Yamaha SV-200 Silent™ Electric Violin

I absolutely love my new violin and would highly recommend the yamaha sv-200 for anyone looking to purchase an electric violin! One thing I was a little worried about before buying was the battery life of the 9 volt in the active pickup, but I have found that is lasts a very long time. I think I have played around 20 hours on my instrument and I still have not had to change the battery which is great. I play with a loud electric band and I have found that I need a really loud amp to be heard and the guitarists in my band can get away with slightly quieter ones so keep in mind the gear needed if you're planning on doing that! Fiddelershop employees were super helpful and nice, they even sent me a cute face mask with my order as a gift :) I would definitely recommend purchasing from this business!
