Larsen Virtuoso Violin String Set

Consider me impressed ...

I've read some rave reviews on the Larsen Virtuosos, so when it came time to replace the strings on my Plowden, I decided to give them a try. Mind you, the prior strings were the Thomastik Dominants, in which I had no complaints. I have to say that I'm very impressed with the Larsen. Probably the biggest difference is more overtones, and the E string is definitely more brilliant. It sings way more than it ever did before. I couldn't be happier.

After receiving 3 A strings, I finally got the 3rd replacement A string to stay on the peg without snapping and breaking. So, all 4 strings are on the violin and I am satisfied...thank you for sending 2 replacement A strings. Great service.
