Shredded with first wash before even worn

Arrived within 2 days of ordering (plus) Tried on briefly to check fit - recommend going 1 size down (neutral) Put in wash, came out shredded (big minus) Noticed then that the jeans I was sent were manufactured in 2020 (minus) Customer service refunded my order (plus)
