Found this mix great for my energy and mood and generally it is a good pick me up. I only took 3 capsules a day as I'm quite sensitive, this was enough for me to feel a difference. I would definitely buy again, I found it strengthening and energising.

Great product take it in the morning with a cup of coffee, feel the energising effects within 20 mins and lasts for hours not stimulating but a nice sense of well being
