Strawberry Flavour Extract Platinum Line

It's potent

I received a very potent extract (you don't need much!) and it certainly hit me with 'hello, i'm strawberry!!' but I do also detect a slight underlying artificial taste to this which I haven't experienced with other flavour extracts, and it just mars the whole experience of using it a little. Could have just been a bad bottle, but I won't risk buying it again as there are so many other excellent flavours in the range. If you love strawberry, I'm sure you will love this, but I would personally have to recommend the wild raspberry over this one.

Really good for enhancing strawberry flavour

I use this flavouring in my raw cakes. No matter how many fresh strawberries I put in, the flavour can get lost and this adds the extra depth I'm looking for.
