Brain food for goddesses!

I love these walnuts. They definitely taste different from the un-activated walnuts. And knowing that the activation releases their mineral content, and presumably their omega 3s makes them taste even better 😉 I’ve just ordered the activated mixed nuts for a full benefit of their various qualities. I keep all my nuts in the fridge to avoid oxidation but saying this, they don’t last very long! One problem… it’s difficult not to eat too many!!!
