i bought this tincture because i found their lucid dreaming tea very effective at making me dream more vividly, so wanted to explore other products. i think this happiness tincture needs to be taken BEFORE food, As is instructed on the bottle, then you do feel a bit of an uplift from the herbs within. taste is pleasant and mild.
