I like to start my day with this. I like the idea that it opens up the 12 meridians & my body chooses it first thing most days. I love the energy that it creates. I've been drinking it for about 2-3 weeks now and can see how it is supporting my body with the building up of energy I am going for. I love that it's really easy to use. I can see how it would be useful to travel with. And the powders are light, which is something I enjoy for travelling.

Really love this. I sense that opening up of the channels & often have it as the first drink of the day.
