I love the mix of ingredients in the super salad sprinkle and use it every day. Salads come to life with it and it adds a delicious flavour without having to add extra salt. It blends well in a dressing with my favourite mushroom mix, extra virgin olive oil and lemon. A lovely zingy, tangy taste and so good for you too.

I can't live without these salad sprinkles and have at least a tablespoon every day. I particularly enjoy them added to one of the delicious mushroom powder mixes combined with olive oil to make a super nutritious salad dressing.
