Flaxseeds are part of my morning breakfast. I grind them up and put them in a glass jar in the fridge enough for 5 or more days . I put a heaped tablespoon on my porridge quinoa or Organic alara cereal.

Fresh and taste SO good!

So happy to source European sunflower seeds - I don't like the idea of buying seeds that may have been pasturised, with so much nutrition lost. These are fresh and taste SO good. Excellent quality.

A staple in my diet!

I repurchase these sunflower seeds regularly as they are so delicious! I sprinkle them on salads or my breakfast cereal mix and just absolutely love them.
