Disappointing

Ordered for a Christmas gift. Says it will ship next business day and a confirmation email will show the day it’s shipped. Nothing happened. Emailed them twice. No response. Whatever the product might be like, the poor communication and follow through is disappointing and a poor reflection on their business.
