Diadem Ball Cart - 150 Ball

The ball basket came with a defective wheel. The wheel wouldn't attach to the frame. The design is overly complicated. All it is needs is a threaded bolt into a nut on the frame. The fix became my problem. Cust Service was very poor. Rather tnan replacing, I had to first prove to them it was broken. Despite the wasted time I had already spent in trying to get it to work, I had to now send it back to confirm it was broken, then wait for it to return. They wouldn't send a new one and I return the broken one.

This is a great product. It is well made and sturdy. I am very happy with it.
