Super comfortable cup, didn't shift at all during MMA. Can work for grappling or mma if you want to protect yourself. The metal is super good quality and very solid. The build of the elastic band and holder is much more comfortable than the traditional thai draw string and doesn't irritate my rear. Really a great cup and worth the price.

Metal cup
The most comfortable cup I’ve ever worn! It stays in place without any adjustments whether I’m kickboxing or rolling or fighting. My opponents hate it when they kick it or when I use it for leverage. Love it!

fit issue
the cup is uncomfortable on my inner thighs and restricts my movement. not sure if i’m missing something.
