I have purchased these openers in the past and love how I can open a jar with ease. I bought a couple more for Christmas gifts along with Swedish dish cloths. In true Northern Ontario form, back to back snow storms delayed delivery. Heather from Kitchen Bits kept on top of delivery notifications and advised of any updates. True devotion, Great store!
