Balancing Shampoo & Conditioner

I purchased two seperate orders to stock up. This purchase was disappointing to say the least. I was shocked to open the initial box to find the product lid box ripped off and the plastic removable lid cracked severely. Then I found a long dark strand of someone else’s hair attached to the inside of the cracked plastic lid and attached to the pump. I was disgusted by this find. I thought ordering from the actual company for my products I would receive higher quality of service in your orders. I’m very dissatisfied, disgusted and disappointed.

I feel this comoany is very deceiving in its pricing. It says Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner on the top and, in smaller print, that I only ordered the conditioner. They also do not pay for the shopping either to get it to you or the return shipping.

I use balancing shampoo and conditioner to wash and condition my hair .

I use these two products to wash and condition my hair which is not colored is strawberry blond, some gray , and very fine. With blond hair you don’t want oily shampoos and conditioners especially if it is fine. It changes the color to darker and clumpy looking. Not pretty.
