The microphone I received is not functional. The battery will not charge. I emailed the service department as soon as I discovered the problem. They replied asking for video documentation of the problem which I provided. The service representative acknowledged the problem and said they would send a return slip in 24 hours. That was 3 days ago. I hope to be able to return or replace the microphone. I will update this review if that happens.
