Advances multiple pages at a time

I had an R1 remote which I loved and had no problems with until its battery died -- it was always dependable and I loved the fact that had an on/off switch and USB recharging. After its battery died, I got a replacement -- but this one the advance button sticks about 1/3 of the time, causing my deck to race through and causing embarrassment. I'm going to return it but the quality control needs to be improved.
