I ran the Leg Killer cycle for 8 weeks and the results were clear: a noticeable increase in lower-body strength, better core stability, and—most importantly for me—much improved control and load management in deep squat positions. The program is demanding, but it’s not random fatigue. The weekly structure is easy to follow (three primary sessions plus an optional technical day), and the progression feels purposeful, with enough guidance to push hard while still training intelligently. Accessories and intensity cues support the main work without distracting from it, and the overall workload builds real resilience alongside strength.
If you take recovery seriously and approach the loads with good technique, this is an excellent block for athletes and lifters who want stronger legs and more confidence under the bar—especially in full-depth squatting.

Great program!
