I live in a small space with no kitchen so I love my camping meals! I’ve been using Backpacker’s brand for MANY years as a camper so I have my faves and this lasagna is top of the list! Hot, filling but most of all flavorful. As a single person it’s 2 meals at home. Make sure you follow the directions so all the noodles get rehydrated & soft.

Delish! Saucy and yummy. Even my husband likes it, but gives it 4.5 stars due to no meat. :) Still he likes it a lot too.

Tomato cheese starchy goodness
Does this transport me back to my days of studying abroad in Italy? Nope! But is it easy cheesy starch goodness on the trail? Yup! My lasagna meal sort of became various noodle pieces floating around in the sauce but I still enjoyed it! I added a little more cheese and red pepper.
