Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

We ended up eating it at home very tasty! We thought it could be messy backpacking and attract bears. We had a bear come through our camp. Good decision to enjoy at home!

Delicious pudding-like treat

We made this in a 10th Mountain hut in Colorado at about 11,000 feet. It’s a tasty chocolate treat, like a pudding really. We had access to fairly cold water which seemed to help plus bowls and spoons. It’s easy to make- you stir it a bunch and wait. I guess the one downside is that it would have been trickier to make at a true campsite, or some place really hot. But it was so delicious that I bought it again!
