Great Product, Poor Shipping/Communication

5 star for their product. 1 star for their shipping. Complete, total lack of communication - none - and several days after purchasing, a tracking number and access to the frieght compnay's website was sent. Navigating the shipping company's website was a mess, and when I finally found the delivery date, it was inaccurate, and with no time frame. When I emailed Buy Rack's service, I was told it's not their practice to provide a shipping day or a time frame within that day. I ordered a shipment a couple of years ago and communication for shipping was perfect. Now I'm being told that's not how it's done. Again, amazing product, but please improve your shipping communication, and lose the embarassing $35 fee to make an "appointment".

Definitely not rated for 600lbs

Very disappointed in these shelves. They are bowing at around 400lbs, only 2/3 of their capacity. The bottom and top shelves have double hooks which is preventing them from bowing. The middle shelves have single hook metal bars and they are bending hard under the weight.
