Navy Alligator Strap

I bought a 20 mm navy alligator leather strap for a Longines. The strap itself is great quality and looks fantastic. Unfortunately the 20mm quick release spring bars did not seem long enough or solid enough and the strap would un-fix with minimal pressure. Interestingly I have had this issue before with 20mm straps. That said the 20mm chocolate brown strap I bought at the same time had much stronger spring bars and does not come undone!
