Both items i bought arrived with a lot of padding to protect them and arrived on time. They were exactly the same as the photos on the website. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was that the cardboard box they came in was quite large for the order. All in all, a really pleasant experience and i will probably order from rocks and gems canada again!!
