I needed to match a yarn, since I was in the middle of a project and realized that it was only 1/2 of the yarn needed for the pattern. The associate was very patient, and kind both when I called in and when I came into the shop. And it was a perfect match for me to finish my project and I love working with Malabrigo Rios too!
