Chokecherry Jelly

The chokecherry jelly from Cooks on Main is very good. My mother used to make it when we could find ripe chokecherries. After she died I made chokecherry jelly. However, for a number of reasons, I haven't made any for a number of years. Occasionally I have ordered a few jars on line from different web sites. This time I tried Cooks on Main and quite like their chokecherry jelly.

I bought a jar of chokecherry jelly in the Fargo airport, then ordered a couple more after I got home and had the chance to taste it. The delivery was fast and the jars were well-packed. I really appreciated the hand-written thank-you note included in the package.
