Ascaso Steel Uno Espresso Machine

Steamer takes around 90 seconds to heat up after brewing coffee. That means that my coffee is sitting for almost 2 minutes before frothing milk. The quality of extraction was bellow average, with a watery drink rather than a full body thick coffee. Lack of skill? I own Breville and Lelit machines which I use every day.
