Sealing Wax Stick Blue Dive

I'm very satisfied with the Blue Dive sealing wax. The shipping times, however, are too long, and the tracking could be improved. For example, it would be helpful to know the closest sorting point to the destination so I could contact them and, in an emergency (like mine), be able to pick up the package without having to wait an additional three days for the postman, as was the case in my case. It would also be helpful to know the amount of customs fees, which were a surprise for me to pay the postman upon delivery.
