Not enough adjustment holes

I ordered size S, and unfortunately the last adjustment hole is still loose. As a result, the watch doesn’t have enough surface contact to record accurate data. I tried to add extra adjustment holes at Mr. Minit, but they said that due to the strap’s material, they didn’t want to modify it. So the strap has just been sitting in my drawer. The material is really good, but it’s a shame that I couldn’t use it because of the lack of adjustments.
