Handle Replacement

Customer service acted promptly to replace my broken handle. The rep was pleasant and showed she cared about my problem. She quickly sent out a replacement handle, and I received it in a matter of days. All is well with the universe !

Handle fit fine. I am disappointed I have to tighten handles 3-4 times a year. I have never had pans with such issues before. Especially considering the price!

After having my pans for several years, it was great to know I could get new handles for them, and not have to replace a whole piece.
